Malaysian Chocolate Taste
May be U never heard about "Fried Bananas Plus Chocolate Sauce" !
In Malay language we call that : " Pisang Goreng Bersos Coklat " .
What the taste ?

Hmmm.. so delicious !...great taste !...
Is that so simple to prepared or so tough and take a few time ?
Ah.. haa... so easy maannn...
Follow this step :
Ingredients :
3 pieces bananas
1/2 cup rice flour
A little bit of salt
100 gm chocolate dish
3 cups vegetable oil
Directions :
1. In a medium bowl stir together rice flour with few water and salt.
2. Prepare bananas by peeling and cutting in half lengthwise. To dip in mix flour and fry until brass in color.
3. Prepare material for the sauce . Melting chocolate and keep cold.
4. Serve up fried bananas and chocolate sauce . To dip fried bananas with delightful chocolate sauce. Good taste with hot tea or coffee.

Char Kuey Teow
Char Kuey Teow
Bahan-bahan
* 1/4 bungkus kuey teow
* 1 sudu besar cili boh
* 1 ulas bawang merah - dihiris
* 2 ulas bawang putih - diketuk
* 5-6 ekor udang besar-dibuang kulit dan tinggalkan bahagian ekor
* 3 sudu besar kicap pekat
* 1 sudu besar kicap cair ( namla - kicap sotong Thai )
* 1 sudu besar kicap manis
* 3 sudu besar sos cili
* 20 sen taugeh
* 20 sen kucai (di kerat-kerat)
Cara-cara
1. Tumis bawang putih dan merah hingga naik bau.Masukkan cili boh dan kacau hingga cili masak (pastikan cili cukup masak untuk mengelakkan sakit perut)
2. Masukkan udang hingga sedikit garing
4. Setelah separuh masak,masukkan kicap pekat,kicap cair( namla-kicap sotong Thai ),kicap manis dan sos cili (boleh masukkan sedikit air jika tumisan terlalu kering - biar basah-basah sikit)
3. Setelah mendidih,masukkan kuey teow dan cili padi.Gaul rata.
4. Segera masukkan kucai diikuti taugeh.Gaul rata dgn api yg kecil. Pastikan kucai telah layu di dalam gorengan kuey teow.
5. Hidangkan.Enak dimakan begitu sahaja atau dengan cili jeruk.
Kalau nak pekena mai laa... kat Jitrgha Kedah nooo...

BAHAN-BAHANNYA:
Isi ayam dicincang
Bawang besar (dicincang)
Bawang putih (dicincang)
Cendawan telinga gajah (dicincang)
Cili merah (dicincang)
Daun sup (dicincang)
Tauhu kering
Telur
Magi cukup rasa
Lada hitam

CARA MENYEDIAKANNYA:
Resipi ni ialah salah satu resipi kegemaran Anis! Memang senang nak buat, waktu penggambaran tu, habis semua krew makan!! Hehehe.. resipi ini kita gunakan tauhu kering ataupun tauhu goreng. Tauhu ni dipotong dua dan diterbalikkan (isi didalam berada di luar). Kemudian kita sediakan intinya. Isi ayam yang dicincang tu kita campurkan dengan cendawan telinga gajah (kalau anda nak gunakan cendawan lain pon boleh), cili merah, daun sup, telur, perencah maggi cukup rasa, dan lada hitam. Gaulkan sehingga rata. Sambil tu kita tumiskan bawang besar dah bawang putih hingga keperang-perangan. Lepas dah tumis bawang-bawang tu kita campurkannya dalam bahan-bahan lain tadi. kemudian kita masukkan inti yang dah siap digaul kedalam tauhu yang telah diterbalikkan tadi. panaskan minyak dan siap untuk digoreng. Resipi ni sangat sesuai disajikan untuk minum petang ataupun sebagai pembuka selera. Sajikannya dengan sos cili Thai. Anda mesti cubanya!!

200g self-raising flour
1½ tsp baking powder
50g wholemeal flour
40g chopped walnuts
150g bananas, peeled and mashed
Method
Line 6 ramekins with greased greaseproof paper and preheat oven to 200°C. Mix coffee emulco, coffee powder, cocoa powder, milk and water into a paste. Sift flour and baking powder together.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy then add eggs one at a time. Add mashed bananas and beat in combined coffee and cocoa paste. Mix until well blended.
Stir in sifted flour and wholemeal flour to mix. Add chopped walnuts.
Spoon mixture into prepared ramekins until three-quarters full. Top with a slice of banana and half a walnut. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until muffins are well risen. Leave in the ramekins for 5-6 minutes, then remove the muffins onto a wire rack to cool.
